By accessing or using the Prism platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prism is a college event management platform that connects students with campus events and provides tools for event organizers. The Service includes event discovery, registration, payment processing, and QR-based entry verification.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to:

  • Fraud, deception, or impersonation
  • Posting false or misleading information
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfering with other users' enjoyment of the Service

5. Event Registration and Payments

When registering for events through Prism:

  • All payments are processed according to the event's payment policy
  • Refunds are subject to the individual event's refund policy
  • Prism is not responsible for event cancellations or changes made by organizers

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prism and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prism, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
